Masjed Quba
Masjid Quba is the first mosque built in Islam, established by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ upon his arrival in Madinah.
Praying two rak‘ahs here carries the reward of an Umrah, as mentioned in an authentic hadith.
Located on the outskirts of Madinah, it remains a peaceful and spiritually uplifting place for visitors.
Masjid al-Qiblatayn
Masjid al-Qiblatain is one of the most significant mosques in Madinah, where the direction of prayer (Qiblah) was divinely changed.
During a congregational prayer, revelation instructed Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to turn from Jerusalem to the Kaaba in Makkah.
The mosque’s name means “The Mosque of the Two Qiblahs,” reflecting this unique and historic event.
Uhud Battlefield
The Battle of Uhud took place near Mount Uhud in Madinah between the Muslims and the Quraysh.
Despite early success, the tide turned when some archers left their positions, leading to heavy losses.
The battle is remembered for its lessons in obedience, patience, and steadfastness in faith.

About Tour Guide Badr A.
Hello, this is Badr. I was born and raised in Madinah, and I am a licensed local tour guide. I began guiding visitors in Madinah as an amateur in 2010 and have led hundreds of tours before becoming a professional guide. Based on this long experience, I recently joined GoWithGuide as a professional tour guide.
My tours are flexible and always customized to suit my guests’ interests and preferences. I continuously study the history and significance of the sites in Madinah, so I can help you appreciate them more deeply than simply visiting on your own or in a large group.
