In addition to his warm demeanor, he was willing to accommodate my special requests and tailor my experience to fit my needs, which I greatly appreciated. In addition, he speaks numerous languages (his English is perfect), drives his own (very clean) car, and navigates the crazy traffic and roads in Yerevan well - I felt very safe and well taken care of during my tour. “Incredible personalized tour with Ruzanna”

Not only was this tour perfectly and carefully curated by Ruzanna, she also personalized the tour to fit my requests and needs. In addition, she made suggestions of where to go based on my interests. She is an incredibly knowledgeable guide, passionate about teaching the rich history and culture of her country, but she also has a warm personality that instantly makes her a dear friend and asset to your visit to Armenia. Even before I met her for my scheduled tour, she was offering advice, tips, and sharing information about the many cultural events happening in Yerevan, that I otherwise would have missed. I am so lucky to have met Ruzanna and have her as my guide - it truly made my visit to Armenia unforgettable.
