She is an incredibly knowledgeable guide, passionate about teaching the rich history and culture of her country, but she also has a warm personality that instantly makes her a dear friend and asset to your visit to Armenia. Even before I met her for my scheduled tour, she was offering advice, tips, and sharing information about the many cultural events happening in Yerevan, that I otherwise would have missed. I am so lucky to have met Ruzanna and have her as my guide - it truly made my visit to Armenia unforgettable.
