Peaceful expression
Jizo, a kind of Bodhisattva is ubiquitous in many temples and on roadsides. In Japanese folklores, Jizo appear humorously and kindly. Jizo is generally thought to be the guardian of children and travellers. Two photos were taken at Hasedera Temple in Kamakura, where in my tour, Kamakura History & neighboring area excursion, is one of destinations.
