Angkor Thom, Bayon temple (Faces Temple)

Stop at the south gate of Angkor Thom city to capturing of the enormous statue adorned on the causeway with 54 gods and 54 asuras representing 54 provinces in the Angkor period. Time to see faces state temple is Bayon temple it’s the last temple of the king. So, the symbols of Hinduism and Buddhism were decorated there to merge the two main religions together.

Ta Prohm temple & Lunch

Continue your journey on to the jungle-enveloped Ta Prohm – one of the most atmospheric of all temples in Angkor. Having some lunch in the local restaurant is the best tasting here close to the Srah Srang Reservoir.
