● On request, we gladly arrange the transfer even the reverse way - from Engelhartszell to Prague

● Please note that the excursion in Pilsner Urquell Brewery (not the Beer Museum!) should be booked in advance as there is a risk of sold-out excursions for that day. The Beer Museum can be visited without a reservation and includes a pint of Pilsner Lager.

● Please be aware that our drivers are professionals, but they are not officially licensed tour guides at local attractions and will not accompany you to the sites.

● The driver will provide you with their local knowledge and personal recommendations between stops. Since your safety is our top priority, please refrain from distracting the driver during demanding driving conditions.

● The groups of up to 3 passengers are carried in a private car, groups of up to 4 passengers are carried in the MPV, groups of up to 7 passengers are carried in the minivan, the groups of up to 10 passengers are carried in the minivan and sedan, the groups of up to 11 passengers are carried in the minivan and MPV, and the groups of up to 14 passengers are carried in two minivans

Important message from the supplier

60 minutes of waiting is included in airport pick-up.

15 minutes of waiting is included on intercity transfers.

Every passenger can bring 1 checked-in luggage and 1 carry-on (that can be eventually put on a lap) of sizes compatible with the airline standards. We cannot guarantee carrying excessive or bulky luggage that was not noted in the booking.

A traveling child is taken as one separate passenger and it must be seated in the baby seat (local rules). If the customer refuses to belt the child into a baby seat, the transfer will be considered a customer no-show.

Baby seats are free of charge.

Travel with animals on request.

Smoking in the cars is not permitted.

Drivers are not licensed to be your official tour guide at the local attractions and therefore will not accompany you to the sites.

The driver will provide you with their local knowledge and personal recommendations between stops.

The driver will drop you off and pick you up as close as possible to your stop whilst always respecting local traffic laws.
