- Your guide will greet you at the arrival gate with a name board. Please keep on touch by whatsapp, weChat, Kakaotalk or telegram. Our team will call you at least 24 hours before the tour and make sure everything is okay. Note : Our meeting point time and area is flexible from Surabaya Area, Malang Area, or Probolinggo Area.

Activity Cancellation (If Necessary)

Certain activities may be skipped or omitted if weather conditions are deemed extreme or dangerous, including but not limited to:

-Ijen Crater Trek – Closed during heavy rain, volcanic alert status, or poor air quality

-Tumpak Sewu Waterfall – Trail may be closed due to slippery conditions or flash flood risk

-Gili Ketapang Boat Transfer – Cancelled if sea conditions are rough or waves exceed safety limits

-Bromo Sunrise Jeep Tour – Postponed if visibility is zero or roads are unsafe
