Taku was fantastic. Immediate communication over email - really appreciated this since we booked last minute. He arrived on time with a sign with our name on it so we wasted no time. This was perfect since our hotel was busy. He took us everywhere we asked and we saw the Osaka castle which was a wonderful tour. Loved learning about the history. We had a great lunch which we asked him to find a good local restaurant and he didn't disappoint! Fab lunch!! Never felt rushed which was truly appreciated. Loved chatting and learning about he and his family, local life and history. He made sure we had detailed English maps and knew exactly where we were going. Really enjoyed our day together. What a fantastic experience! Taku was punctual and his instructions on where we met were easy to follow. He is a friendly and informative guide who took me to the highlights of Osaka that I wished to see. We visited Osaka Castle and Taku took me to the best photo spots and told me about the history of the building. In the afternoon we went to Onsen hot springs on Takus advice. What a brilliantly authentic Japanese experience which took my budget into account. I would thoroughly recommend booking a tour through Taku to anyone interested in learning about Osaka! Thanks for a great day! :-)
