Day 1 – Amman: Arrival & Jordanian Welcome

Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport and meet your private local guide. Transfer comfortably to Amman and begin your Jordan experience at a relaxed pace.

Enjoy an introduction to Jordanian culture and cuisine before relaxing at your hotel.

Day 2 – Jerash & Ajloun: Roman Ruins & Medieval Heritage

Travel north to Jerash, one of the world's best-preserved Roman cities.

Walk through the ancient city and discover:

Temple of Zeus

Roman theatres

Byzantine churches

Continue to Ajloun Castle, a medieval Islamic fortress surrounded by green hills and panoramic landscapes.

Day 3 – Madaba, Mount Nebo, Bethany & Dead Sea

Begin the day in Madaba, known for its remarkable Byzantine mosaics and Christian heritage.

Continue to Mount Nebo, traditionally associated with Moses, and enjoy panoramic views toward the Holy Land.

Visit Bethany Beyond the Jordan, an important Christian pilgrimage destination associated with the baptism of Jesus. Explore the archaeological remains, ancient churches and the Jordan River.

End the day at the Dead Sea, where you can float in the mineral-rich waters, enjoy the scenery and relax after sightseeing.

Day 4 – King's Highway: Castles, Mountains & Little Petra

Journey south along the historic King's Highway, one of Jordan's most scenic routes.

Visit Karak Castle, a dramatic Crusader fortress with impressive views and underground passages.

Continue through the spectacular landscapes around Dana, with opportunities for photography and short walks.

Visit Shobak Castle, another fascinating Crusader fortress, before continuing to Little Petra.

Explore the ancient Nabataean site and learn about the civilization that later created Petra.

Day 5 – Petra: The Rose City & Nabataean Civilization

Spend a full day discovering Petra, Jordan's legendary archaeological treasure and one of the world's most iconic ancient cities.

Enter through the dramatic Siq and see the Treasury appear between the towering cliffs.

Continue through Petra to discover:

Day 6 – Petra Back Door & Wadi Rum Desert

Experience Petra away from the traditional entrance on the scenic Petra Back Door trail.

Begin near Little Petra and hike through dramatic mountain landscapes toward the Monastery. Along the way, discover ancient Nabataean remains and enjoy spectacular views.

After the hike, travel to Wadi Rum, Jordan's famous desert wilderness.

Enjoy a private 2-hour 4×4 jeep experience through the desert, visiting dramatic rock formations, valleys, Khazali Canyon and sand dunes.

“A Trip of a Lifetime to Jordan!”

When looking to tour the sites in Jordan we had on our "bucket" list, I knew that it would be a daunting task. Even as an experienced traveler, there was some apprehension on my side as we had only 5 days to try to see and experience the places on our list, Petra, Wadi Rum, Amman and the Dead Sea. There were 8 of us, so arranging for transportation between the above sites was going to be extremely challenging. After a good amount of research, I decided on choosing Jehad for our journey. He was quick to reply to my requests and did not flinch one bit in trying to accommodate our wishes and goals. For every question I had, he offered sound advice with his experience resonating in his responses. Now that we are all back and I am writing this review, I can say unequivocally that it was probably the best trip overseas in my almost 25 years of traveling internationally. From meeting us at the airport in Amman and getting us on our way expeditiously to Petra to begin our journey and experience at the start, l knew that he had to put together this trip together with extremely detailed planning and timing. Coordination along with what I soon found out to be his consummate contacts, made each leg come together in a manner that made me and my members confident in our choice of selecting him from the onset and throughout our whirlwind journey. Now bear in mind that there were eight in our group so there were bound to be some challenges and some missteps, like one of our group losing our passport, some mobility issues, etc. but Jehad handled them all. As I stated above, it was one of the most enjoyable trips I've experienced. Seeing the wonders of Petra in person, from the pure serenity and adventure of being in the Wadi Rum and then onwards, it was impactful and meaningful in so many ways for all of us. So to say it was an experience of a lifetime sounds like a cliché but it was that. For me, many of the moments are imprinted in my mind and memory that will last a lifetime.
