I cannot speak highly enough of Begaly and his partners and the fantastic people I met on my journey - I would love to come back to see incredible Kyrgyzstan and see them again!! From the very outset of booking with Begaly before travelling I was supported with information and guidance for preparing for my trip to Kyrgyzstan on all aspects including entry requirements - he was always so helpful, polite and kind. And for my trip, not only was my guidance professional, informed and very well organised with an expert knowledge and understanding of the country, but with a real warmth, spirit and love for the country and sharing its wonderful mountains, lakes and valleys with me and a care and attention to make sure everything was great for my trip. They were great and I was glad I was able to tour with them :) I am quite well travelled, having visited the all the Americas, Africa, Europe, Middle East and South Asia and I have not experienced or seen landscapes quite like those of Kyrgyzstan - they are truly special, beautiful and on a scale that I cannot quite describe in words. I would recommend Kyrgyzstan to any traveller, no matter how well travelled - you will be amazed and inspired! There is such variety, from the high snow-capped peaks and rocky canyons to the evergreen forests and crystalline streams that can be found from valley to valley. I am missing them and Kyrgyzstan already and I am hoping that I will be able to come back next year! I would urge you to tour and experience an extraordinary country - you will have an amazing time :) Jack

“4-day tour Colors of the Fall in Kyrgyzstan with guide Begaly (Sep 2021)”

We (2 persons) undertook the 4-day Colors of the Fall in Kyrgyzstan tour with local guide Begaly T. in September 2021. From the beginning (outreach to guide and booking) to the end (tour itself) everything went very smooth. Our guide Begaly was very responsive to messages and even made suggestions to improve our tour. Booking and payment was also very efficient and smooth. The tour itself was amazing and we very much enjoyed being in the middle of nature. We visited Burana tower, Yssyk Kul lake, a Chinese mosque, waterfalls, a canyon, an eagleman, Song Kol lake and even experienced sleeping in a yurt at an altitude of 3000 m in chilly temperatures. As well as a never-ending changing landscape along the way. We stayed overnight in clean and comfortable hotel/guesthouse and experienced first-hand real Kyrgyz hospitality in the yurt camp. And we also had the opportunity to try Kyrgyz food in some of the small restaurants along the way. Begaly is fluent in English, a very good driver, very knowledgeable, flexible, ready to help and respectful of privacy and of the COVID-19 prevention measures. We very much recommend this tour to anyone who likes nature and who has a limited time to visit Kyrgyzstan. This tour really gives you a good flavour of the country, its nature, its culture and its hospitable people.
