Kuching Watefront Esplanade
- Meet up at Esplanade facing Darul Hana Bridge, easily known as Golden 'S' Bridge. At this location, you will get to see the Astana, Square Tower, The Old Court House Kuching, Fort Margherita and trading streets which has been main local point since the 1800s. They blend nicely with modern buildings such as Floating India Mosque, Sarawak Legislative Building, The Waterfront Hotel and Plaza Merdeka Shopping Mall.
Open Air Market
Walk to this point through India Street and Gambier Street to uncover stories of how Open Air Market comes to being. Witness the grand-looking Kuching City Mosque, stroll through old hidden lane of India Mosque and stop by mural paintings around Electra House.
Harmony Arch Carpenter Street
Walk through Kai Joo Lane and Plaza Merdeka Mall, passing by General Post Office, Pavilion, and Round Tower to reach Carpenter Street. This trading street has long history among early Chinese communities with multiple temples erected by different dialects among these communities. Explore this bustling street while trying out snacks and drinks.
Chinese Heritage Museum
Facing another famous landmark of Tua Pek Kong Temple, we will discover together the history of Chinese communities arrival to Kuching in the museum. Tour will end after the visiting this museum.
