Meeting Point
Pickup from your accommodation in Krakow
- I will pick you up directly from your hotel, apartment, or any convenient location in Krakow (for groups up to 4 people). This tour requires transportation between sites, so traveling together by car ensures comfort and saves time. For larger groups, we can meet at a centrally located point or arrange additional transport upon request.
Fort 2 “Kościuszko”
We begin at the foot of the Kościuszko Mound, where a symbol of Polish independence was transformed into a powerful Austro-Hungarian artillery fort—an ideal introduction to Krakow’s fortress system.
Fort 51 1/2 "Swoszowice"
An extended stop with a visit to the Military Affairs Museum. Discover authentic WWI weapons, equipment, and everyday items used by soldiers stationed in the fortress.
Forts 52 "Borek" & 52a "Łapianka"
A short visit showing how former military sites have been adapted for modern use, offering a different perspective on Krakow’s historical heritage.
