Meeting Point

Jan Matejko Square, at the Grunwald Monument

- A large and easily recognizable monument featuring a king on horseback—one of the most iconic landmarks near the Old Town.

The Barbican

A striking circular red-brick fortress that once protected the city gates. One of the best-preserved medieval defensive structures in Europe and a powerful symbol of Kraków’s past.

Floriańska Street

One of Kraków’s most elegant streets, lined with colorful townhouses, cafés, and small shops. As part of the historic Royal Route, it naturally leads us toward the Main Square.

St. Mary’s Basilica

The city’s most famous church, known for its two uneven towers and the breathtaking wooden altarpiece by Veit Stoss. Every hour, listen for the haunting Hejnał trumpet call echoing across the square.

The Cloth Hall (Sukiennice)

The historic trading hub of medieval Kraków. Today, its arcades are filled with local crafts and souvenirs, while its architecture tells the story of the city’s commercial golden age.

Main Market Square

The vibrant heart of Kraków and one of the largest medieval squares in Europe. Surrounded by historic buildings and full of life, it’s where past and present meet.

University Quarter & Collegium Maius

A quieter, atmospheric part of the Old Town. Walk through historic streets and courtyards to reach Collegium Maius—the oldest university building in Poland, once walked by Copernicus himself.

Ending Point

Collegium Maius, 15 Jagiellońska Street Optional drop-off or directions back to your accommodation available upon request.
