I am a dedicated professional tour guide with 16 years of experience in the tourism industry. I am an avid traveler who has dedicated my life to seeing the world, seeking out new experiences, and learning from different cultures. I hold two degrees – a Masters in French Literature from La Sorbonne University in Paris and also a degree in Languages and Socio-Cultural Studies. I began my work as a tour guide in Paris with a multi-national tourism company where I was quickly promoted to focusing on training other guides, in addition to providing my own tours. After six years in Paris, I fell in love with Barcelona during a summer trip to the city. I soon thereafter moved to Barcelona where I now call home – and where I started guiding with the goal of providing my guests the most exquisite, personalized and unforgettable tours possible. I studied Art History at the University of Barcelona (UB), and I coursed the last year of the degree at the University of Parma (Italy), a lovely place where is produced the famous parmigiano cheese! When completed the degree in Italy I came back to Barcelona, but shortly after I decided to move to London (UK) where I lived during a year and a half enjoying a vibrant city full of art ! When I moved back to Barcelona I worked in art galleries and museums, like the National Museum of Art of Catalunya (MNAC), and contemporary art museum CAIXAFORUM. I live in the heart of Barcelona (just 2 min walk from the Picasso Museum); I was born close to the land that inspired Joan Miró (south of Catalonia); and I Love to spend many weekends in the Empordà, north of Catalonia, where Salvador Dalí was born.
