I am Anna, and I am absolutely in love with Switzerland. The green meadows with Swiss cows, the snow-capped mountains, the powerful waterfalls, and the stunning colors of the alpine lakes—to me, all of this is priceless. I live in the beautiful Swiss Riviera region. This area has always attracted famous people like Freddie Mercury, Coco Chanel, Igor Stravinsky, Audrey Hepburn, and Charlie Chaplin. They chose to live here, and I think they definitely had great taste! My Journey to Guiding Before becoming a guide, I earned a degree in Marketing in my home country and started working a standard office job. My life was stable, but I felt like I wasn't truly living. So, I decided to change my life and took a job on a cruise ship sailing the Caribbean. Since then, I have never gone back to an office. I started guiding when I was living in Madrid, Spain. That was the exact moment I realized that working with travelers is my true passion. However, I can easily accompany you in your own vehicle, arrange a private car with a professional driver, or we can use Switzerland's excellent public transport system. I've been working as a professional freelance tour guide in different countries for the last 10 years. Currently, I specialize in private tours in the Italian part of Switzerland, i.e. the Ticino region (including Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno, and Mendrisio). My tours are flexible and can be customized according to the needs of the guest. Some of the tours that I can offer are - Lugano city tour and Monte Brè or Monte San Salvator (4 hours) - Lugano city tour and chocolate factory visit (4 hours) - Lugano city tour and visit to Morcote (4 hours) - Lugano city tour and a visit to the fishing village of Gandria (4 hours) - Lugano city tour and Mendriso (4 hours) I am passionate of traveling, hiking and willing to share my experience and knowledge of living in Switzerland and other countries. My tours consist of the historical monuments, authentic Swiss Italian culture, and natural beauty that can all happen at your own pace. The tour may includes a private car transfer (on the request of the guest). Depending on availability (season), the tour can be customized with a boat trip and a funicular ride at your own expense.
