I was born in Lisbon and I'm forever in love with it! After my family, guiding is my greatest passion: I love what I do! I have a 5 year degree called Touristic Information, specifically to work as a Tourist Guide, as well as the Certificate of Competence acquired through a qualifying examination, in order to be able to exercise this regulated profession. Tour guiding has been my full time job since 2003 and it has always been incredibly rewarding. In 2021, I was recognized by the Wanderlust Awards as one of the world's "Best Specialist Guides", which I think is a result of doing what I love every day. Waking up knowing I'll meet enthusiastic people who are excited to discover my city makes me a very grateful and happy person. I am a mother of 3. I love planning family trips. I know how important it is to create special family memories. Travelling means getting to know new places and cultures, experiencing nature more closely, walking and playing more, discovering history through cities, monuments and palaces! Our childhood travel memories are often the sweetest and along with other remarkable moments, we build who we are and how we live in the world. So if you're in need of someone to guide you and your kids and have them thrilled about travelling, I'm your guide!

We have been accompanying our clients to the most fascinating places in Italy for many years, sharing with them all our tourist knowledge that we have learned over the years. In each tour we have tried to leave our clients a unique experience. Our tours are private tours throughout Italy, offering maximum comfort by traveling comfortably in a Van or with a car like a 7 seater Suv with an expert driver and a guide professional. We pick-up our clients to there hotel and take care of them for all the day trip. We have a team of official guides, some of which are located in Rome and travel with clients to do private tours in other cities . Other guides are located in other cities where they will meet clients once they reach the city where the tour will take place.

I'm a National Licensed Guide Interpreter with over five years of experience, having guided more than 1,000 guests from around the world. Based in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, I offer tours that connect travelers with the rich nature, culture, and history of the region. Before becoming a guide, I worked at global investment banks in Tokyo, where I communicated daily in English with colleagues around the world. I later returned to my hometown to embrace a slower pace of life and reconnect with the natural beauty of this area. Yamagata is a wonderful destination for those who appreciate nature and rural charm. Tsuruoka and its surrounding area, nestled between the Sea of Japan and scenic mountain ranges, offer cultural experiences you won't find anywhere else. Highlights include visiting temples of Sokushinbutsu (self-mummified monks), climbing 2,446 stone steps to the summit of a sacred mountain, encountering the mystical world of jellyfish, enjoying a rich culinary heritage, exploring local crafts, and much more. I truly love my hometown and am passionate about helping visitors create unforgettable memories here. I look forward to meeting you and sharing the beauty and culture of Tsuruoka! <How to get Tsuruoka from Tokyo> By JR - Take the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo to Niigata, then transfer to the Limited Express Inaho bound for Tsuruoka. The total journey takes about 4 hours from JR Tokyo Station. By bus - Overnight buses depart around 10 PM from Shinjuku and Shibuya in Tokyo, arriving in Tsuruoka around 6 AM. Please check the bus company’s website for details. By air - ANA operates direct flights between Haneda Airport and Shonai Airport approximately five times a day.

I was born and raised in Tokyo. I have had opportunities to communicate with foreign people since I was a junior high school student, because I joined American summer camp held in Japan. Many children gathered from all over the world, and we enjoyed various activities in English. Through this camp , I found I love to communicate with foreign people. After graduating from the university, I worked for apparel brand company as a buyer, researching the latest trend, shops and culture in Tokyo. So I know how attractive this area is! I have mainly organized customized tours of Tokyo, so can tailor the tour according your preferences. I look forward to meeting you!

My name is Dorian. I am a licensed tourist guide and qualified driver in Albania & the Balkans. My love for travel, touring, tourism in general, has been like “the love at the first sight”. A long time ago, just after a visit with my parents and their friends at the Legendary Castle of Kruja & the Scanderbeg Museum, I felt such a chemistry, which later will be transformed into a real chemical reaction, which keeps me very close to tourism, museums, sites and nature too. Such a connection, a friendly and lovely feeling, has kept going and growing, throughout my professional life, and l continue to offering, with a lot of love, numerous tours and trips, advising and helping very many guests to know and enjoy as much as possible my beautiful Albania. Lead by love and care for my country, and my passion for this job which I’m in love with, but also being so enthusiastic about it, I try to imbue my guests with the best of Albania. My long experience in the field of tourism field started around 2006, when l began work as a tour agent/operator for a few local travel companies, giving my best service and always eager to expand my area of knowledge with new things. But the “call of action” makes me feel comfortable and happy when I’m out in the field where l meet new people, talk to them and always give and get the best. Born in the town of Elbasan, the so-called “heart of Albania” or as we the locals like to call it “the cradle of the education” (it is the home of the first national high school), l have a lot to offer, show and tell you. In fact, the entire country is full of Historical, Archeological, Religious, Cultural, Sports, Natural and Human sites too. So, there are plenty of things to see and to do during our trips. As the local saying says “Love comes from the stomach”, so culinary tours where the local cuisine with the freshest and bio foods, is part of our agenda together. As tasting the local wine with its long tradition, the Albanian Spirit “Raki”, or the fresh fruit juices made by the local: all are pieces of a puzzle that we will build together. From my long experience in this field, and my love & care for being as close to the guests as possible, I became not only a guide but a driver too. I drive all kinds of vehicles: bikes & motorbikes, cars, plus all kinds of vans with capacity for groups, and any of these are also available to be rented very easily. l am a professional guide/driver and can offer a complete package. Due to so many tours and trips around Albania and the Balkans, I’m very familiar with many places and countries in the Balkans and other parts of Europe too. Knowledge of a few foreign languages (and fluency in English) makes me feel “at home” when l travel around these places. Therefore, combined tours of Albania and other countries are one of my specialties. For these reasons and many more, l invite you to contact me, and together let’s tailor a tour that will fit you and your party. For questions, help or advice, don’t hesitate to contact me. And always remember: “Don’t worry---You have Dori” Welcome to my world!

Hello! My name is Lea, Split is my hometown and I'm a licensed tour guide for Split-Dalmatia, Dubrovnik-Neretva and Šibenik-Knin county, both in English and Spanish language. I was born in Split, I have been living here for more than 20 years and I'm passionate about sharing its beauty and culture! I got my Master's degree in Marketing, at Faculty of Economics here in Split. Following my university studies, I moved to Barcelona to do an internship before returning back to Split. I have always enjoyed learning languages, travelling and experiencing different cultures. Soon after graduation I have realised that office job doesn't suit me and I started to work as a tour guide, which was the best decision I have ever made! When I'm not tour guiding, I love to learn languages - I can speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Yoga is also one of my passions, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) by International Yoga Alliance. Local gastronomy has always interested me, so I decided to do a course for a wine consultant to get to know more about the rich wine history in Croatia. In my free time, I love long walks with my dog and reading books. I absolutely love my job and cannot wait to share with you all the beauties that the city of Split and the region of Dalmatia have to offer! If you were looking for a private guide to experience the region like a true local - you are right where you should be!

Born in San Sebastian, Basque Country, I’m an enthusiastic person who loves travelling and sharing my experiences with people. I have visited over 60 countries and guided travellers for over 12 years. After travelling around the world in my last big trip, during 14 months, I decided to set up this bussiness to offer the travellers an unique view of the Basque Country & Rioja and surroundings like a local. I have a long experience guiding people along the Basque Country, specially around San Sebastian, Bilbao, Pamplona, Vitoria as well as the French-Basque Country and the famous Rioja Wine region. As well as I travel abroad often, I love to work showing my city and surroundings, guiding people to the best places, not only to the touristic ones, but to the off-the-track ones too. Always adding some of my little stories and anecdotes of each place making the journey more enjoyable and unique. Living in a place with a food-culture like us, it adds an extra value to my tours, being a member of a Gastronomy Club as I am (famous «sociedad gastronónica») in San Sebastian . This is only one of some of the tips I would offer you, considering that the only way to visit and access to them is being invited by a member! Great experience not to be missed!! Would you like to listen to some of the stories I have to share, while I show you the beautiful country where I live in is? If you are looking for real Basque guides, you found it. Come and feel the experience of the Basque Country with real local Basque guides! Ongi etorri! («Welcome» in Basque)

Hello! I am Joji. Please call me Bonjoji, because Bon Jovi is one of my favorite Rock music groups. I was born and raised in Kyoto until 19 years old. I studied English and graduated from University of South Carolina with Statistic major. During my work at a precision equipment company, I have lived in California and New Jersey in the states for 12 years. While I was in the States, I have been treated as a family by many local American people. So, it is a time that I treat you back well while you are traveling in Japan. The period I like in Japanese history is the war period when many local lords were challenging and fighting each other to expand their lands. I recommend that you should see their castles, since you can see their ambition and their survival strategy. The sports I like are American football and Sumo. Sumo is not just a wrestling game but deeply rooted in Shinto ritual, which is closely related to our daily life. These are the things I can talk about more when we meet. My hobby is visiting old ruins in the world so that I have been to Vesa Merde in the States, Macchu Picchu in Peru, Easter Island in Chile, Volbilis in Morocco, Tikal in Guatemala, Angkor Wat in Cambodia and etc. I have worked at the Japanese company as a salary man for 35 years, so that I can also talk about business, only if you wish. Anyway, I am National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter authorized by Japan Tourism Agency and my goal is simply to make your journey more enjoyable while you are in Japan. Please feel free to contact me and let's enjoy the tour together. Bonjoji

Naruto is very famous for the whirlpools which can be observed from ships, or from the Naruto Bridge spanning the Naruto Strait. And the Naruto Park also has a number of sightseeing points to enjoy. One of them is Otsuka Museum of Art. This museum reproduced masterpaintings in Western Art on ceramic boards in the identical sizes of the originals and Its collection consists more than 1000. In addition, Naruto is home to the first and second pilgrimage sites of the Shikoku Eighty-Eight Temple Pilgrimage. In the surrounding areas, there are breweries that produce sake and soy sauce using traditional methods. Would you like to enjoy Naruto with me? I look forward to your visit. Hola. ¡Soy Masami! Espero tu visita.

It took me some 20 years to be qualified for this job and I feel honored for being able to help tourists from abroad understand our nation and culture. Japan is a beautiful country with a long history, tradition and rich cultural heritages, having various features in each of the four distinct seasons. Although there are now many visitors from abroad, mainly from Asian countries, they are mostly interested in shopping taking advantage of cheaper yen rather than understanding our people and culture. Kyoto and Nara are the two cities best known by foreign tourists, but not all the aspects of Japanese culture are concentrated there. If you visit the countryside other than these two cities, you will never fail to see the beautiful natural surroundings and people who will warmly welcome you. I wish to work as the bridge between Japanese people and tourists from all over the world.

Hello! I'm Kent. I'm a master of Tea Ceremony and Ikebana, as well as a software developer. With over 10 years of experience, I've assisted with tea ceremonies at Zen temples and participated in Ikebana exhibitions for tourists, gaining deep insights into Japanese culture. While I studied these cultural traditions privately, I majored in engineering and earned a degree in the field from Kyoto University. My days in Kyoto has made me familier with local lives and cultural activities. After graduating, I worked in robot software development, collaborating remotely with colleagues in Michigan and engaging with clients and sales teams in Germany, India, and China. Their strong interest in Japanese culture and my background deepened my appreciation for Japan’s heritage, inspiring me to guide tours and practice cultural activities. I currently live in Shinjuku, Tokyo, with my wife, enjoying life here. I’ve joined a robot startup and am working flexibly while continuing to guide tours. My aim is to share the rich history and culture of Japan through my tours and offer creative, immersive experiences.
