I was born and raised in Tokyo. I have had opportunities to communicate with foreign people since I was a junior high school student, because I joined American summer camp held in Japan. Many children gathered from all over the world, and we enjoyed various activities in English. Through this camp , I found I love to communicate with foreign people. Hi there! My name is Maryem, and I am a licensed tour guide, certified by the Egyptian Tourism Authority. Guiding is my passion. From a very young age, I have loved stories and languages the way they connect people across time and place, and Egypt is gladly full of those. I believe that knowledge and storytelling have the power to bring life back to silent stones and ancient buildings. They can transport us through time and, more importantly, connect people on a deeper level. At the end of the day, whether ancient or modern, we as people are not so different. No matter where you come from or what you believe, you can always find a part of yourself in these stories. That is what storytelling does—it gives history a heartbeat and makes it live again. Meeting people from different cultures and learning about their perspectives has always inspired me, and I feel very fortunate as an Egyptian, a land where history and culture are alive at every corner. I speak both English and Japanese, which allows me to connect with a wide range of visitors and share Egypt’s treasures in a way that feels personal and engaging. My goal as a guide is not only to present historical facts but also to bring them to life through storytelling, so that you can feel the spirit of ancient pharaohs, the beauty of Islamic Cairo, and the harmony of Egypt’s religious heritage. When you explore Egypt with me, I will show you the country through a local lens—blending the historical, cultural, and modern insights that make each city unique. From the timeless pyramids of Giza to the vibrant streets of Cairo and the coastal charm of Alexandria, I look forward to welcoming you and sharing my beloved country with you. You can contact me and customize your tour, feel free to reach me!

Hello, I am Michiko , the same name of Japanese ex-Empress. I am a government certified tour guide. I have lived in Nagoya ( located between Tokyo and Osaka) for 35 years since I got married. I worked for JAL as a flight attendant in my 20's. After retiring JAL, I have taught English and Mathematics to junior and senior high school students for 20 years. I love traveling very much both domestically and abroad and enjoy walking around each city and talking with local people so that I can find out the way how to they live and think about their life. It's quite a fun for me. I also love hiking and mountain climbing in spring, summer and autumn, and skiing in winter. In the countryside of Japan there still remain those farming and fishery villages where people have been rooted in their land and community, living the way handed down from generation to generation. You can also enjoy the original Japanese landscape there. Why don't you get out of the hustle and bustle of your busy life and have a rest rich in nature in the rural Japan enjoying beautiful scenery and local food. I'm waiting for you!

Hi! I'm Yoshiharu. Please call me Yoshi. Yoshi means "good" in Japanese! I'm a good man (^^);;;. I was born in Kyoto but I lived there 3 months. Then my family moved to Osaka and I grew up in Osaka. So I am almost Osakan. When I was young, my hobby was traveling by bicycle. I went cycling around most part of Japan except Shikoku. In my family rule, Shikoku is in bad direction because my grand father died just after his Shikoku pilgrimage. So I want to have a cycling tour not only in Kyoto (coming soon!) but also all part of Japan someday. I am interested in Japanese history. I am a National Certificated Guide. And I have "Kyoto Tourism Culture Certification 3rd grade", "Osaka Expert Certification 3rd grade", "Nara Concierge 2nd grade" and "Karuizawa Web test 3rd grade". So I have expert knowledge about Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Karuizawa and common knowledge about Kobe. Besides I like gadgets, so I can guide you DenDen town in Osaka. When you have a chance to visit Kyoto or Osaka or other city in this area, please contact me anytime and join my tour! I'll be looking forward to seeing you, spending wonderful time with you.

As an Egyptology-expert guide, I'm a living bridge between past and present, and that’s exactly what makes a tour unforgettable. By treating monuments as storytellers rather than stone relics, I invite visitors to hear the voices of ancient craftsmen, priests, and everyday people, turning a sightseeing trip into a dialogue across millennia. My emphasis on modern Egyptian culture—food, music, hospitality—adds a human layer that helps travelers feel they’re part of a continuing narrative, not just observers of history. Flexibility and passion are the secret ingredients that transform a standard itinerary into a personalized adventure, allowing you to pivot from a crowded tomb to a hidden local cafe' when curiosity sparks. This holistic approach not only deepens tourists’ appreciation but also nurtures a sense of belonging, making Egypt feel like a second home for them. It’s a powerful reminder that heritage tourism thrives when we weave together archaeology, living culture, and genuine human connection.
