Before becoming a tour guide, I worked as a receptionist, responsible for welcoming guests, both domestic and international. As the need for English skills continued to grow, I began teaching myself English for six months. I began working as a tour guide in August 2025, it served as a part-time job whilst helping me improve my English. By fulfilling two roles as a receptionist and a tour guide. I developed into a skilled communicator capable of guiding visitors whilst providing excellent service. After the hotel where I worked closed permanently, I transitioned fully into tour guiding, and it was here that I discovered my passion for this profession.
