Welcome to Osaka! Hi I'm Rina! Osaka is my hometown, and I’m so excited to guide you here! I started tour guiding in July 2025, and since then I’ve welcomed guests from Australia, the U.S., Thailand, Germany, Russia, Switzerland, and more. Each tour has left me with special memories—it’s always a pleasure to hear stories about your country. I also learn a lot from my guests. Some are fascinated by architecture, others love taking photos of food samples, or notice details like manhole designs, women-only train cars, or even the British accent in station announcements. What feels ordinary to me often becomes a fresh discovery for my guests, and those exchanges make every tour truly special. Osaka is full of delicious restaurants—so many that it’s hard to choose! Let’s explore local food together, find the best sunset and night-view spots, and enjoy the city’s charm side by side. Join me to discover Osaka, from its iconic castle to the latest must‑see spots. I have been an Interpretive Tour Guide for over 20 years. I landed in Japan with the United States Air Force in 1983 and have been learning, tasting and enjoying Japanese food all this time! Woohhoooo!! As an ex-Executive Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/Director, I know food, most of all Japanese food, and I want to show you how fun and incredible it is! I promise your time with me will be fruitful, (get the pun?) making some amazing memories along the way. I used to do daytime cultural tours until the pandemic left us out in the cold for three years so I had to switch over and do something else in which now I run a food tent and a food truck, making delicious smash burgers and tacos. Even though I was number one on a renowned travel platform for a while, I have selected to only do evening food and sake tours now. I also run a children's food bag program three days a week that we started about a year and a half ago. So if you would like me to take you around, I will still give you cultural and historical information, feed you amazing food and create some great memories for you to take home.

Hi! My name is Naoki, I was born and bred in Osaka. I have a reliable and friendly personality and always enjoy making people smile. I am a full time Experienced Tour Guide organizing and managing tours, not just in Osaka but all over the Kansai-area including Kyoto, Nara, Kobe and Hiroshima. I have experience in directly managing groups of over 500 travelers so far and also designing specific itineraries for different needs and sights. If you have any specific sights that you would like to see then please let me know and I will accommodate as many sites as possible into any tour. Outside of my tour guiding, I have had a career over 15 years in Japanese car logistics taking care of lots of international businesses which allows me to have a professional manner in face to face communication. Osaka is a brilliant city with long history, amazing street food, unique accent (so we have lots of comedians here!) and also known as the most friendly city in Japan.
