Greetings!

My name is Jackie, and with over a decade of experience as a professional tour guide, I am delighted to share the beauty and rich culture of Vietnam with you.

Halong – Quang Ninh Province holds a very special place in my heart. It is not only my hometown but also a world-famous destination, recognized as one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Inspired by its breathtaking landscapes and refreshing sea air, I returned home after completing my university studies to dedicate myself to introducing this remarkable region to travellers from around the world.

I hold an International Tour Guide License issued by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, and I personally lead all of my tours to ensure each guest receives attentive, high-quality service. Tourism has always been my true passion, which led me to pursue both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in tourism management. With English as my primary working language, I comfortably connect with travellers from many different countries and cultural backgrounds.

Over the years, I have guided a wide variety of groups — from short day trips to extended journeys — continuously refining my ability to understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations. My goal is always to create meaningful, enjoyable, and memorable experiences, regardless of the tour’s length or destination.

I am honored to have received the “Best Tourist Guide” award from the Ministry of Tourism of Vietnam in recognition of my dedication and service excellence.
