Hello, I am Tazuko, a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter in English.
My first name is Tazuko that is hard to remember for visitors from abroad, so I would like to be called as Tracy (my middle name) .
I lived abroad for 10 years including 9 years in the United States (California and Indiana) and 1 year in Saudi Arabia because of my husband’s work.
From my experience living in these places, I came to know that many people around the world were very much interested in traditional Japanese culture, history and natural beauty.
Additionally, I am grateful to people who were willing to give helping hands when we were in need or going on vacations.
Now it’s my turn to return their favor by offering excellent tours to international tourists to Japan.
I would like to make their trips pleasant and memorable with my utmost hospitality.
Since I was born, raised and have lived in Yokohama City Kanagawa Prefecture next to Tokyo, I specialize in tours of Yokohama, Kamakura and Hakone as well as areas in Tokyo.
Especially I love to guide authentic tour destinations in Kamakura such as Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, The Great Buddha, Hase Temple and Hokokuji Temple.
I am sure visitors can enjoy the elegance of the four seasons and the historic charm there without going to Kyoto or Nara.
Additionally, I am ready to offer attractive tours such as tours for families with kids (Cup Noodles Museum, Anpanman Museum/ Orbi by Sega in Yokohama/ The Tama Zoological Park, Sanrio Puroland and Ghibli Museum in Tokyo/ Ajinomoto Group Umami Flavor Experience Museum in Kawasaki) and factory tours (Kirin Beer Brewery/ Sapporo Beer Brewery/ Kikkoman
Soy Sauce Factory and Ozawa Sake Brewery) and experience tours (Kabuki viewing/ Traditional Japanese flower arrangement/ Japanese brush calligraphy / Japanese traditional tea ceremony) as well as popular sightseeing spots .
I can speak Spanish a very little.
I am looking forward to seeing guests from abroad soon.
