Hi ! My name is Ann and I am very proud to say that my hometown is Dublin. Like most of the Irish I have what we call the gift of the gab .. I love to chat with people and that combined with the experience of cooking a meal together and meeting other visitors from all over the world makes this a different type of evening ! It's not fancy complicated food, I use the best of Irish ingredients and traditional recipes and you will take home my little recipe book so you can recreate the meal for your friends and family ! As well as years experience in the Irish hospitality and catering I am also a qualified tour guide so I am always happy to advise you on where to go and what to do while you are in Ireland.
