Half day tour of Valletta - Malta's capital

Valletta, Malta's Capital City and a World Heritage site is nothing short of an open-air museum. Valletta contains buildings from the 16th century onwards, built during the rule of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem. The city of Valletta was officially recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980. During the tour we will walk to Barracca Gardens for a breathtaking panorama of the Grand Harbour. We will then visit St. John's co-cathedral where we can see the painting by Caravaggio.

An enjoyable, interesting and relaxing tour starting with a visit of the capital city Valletta. We will first drive around the city where we will be able to see the fortifications and the way Valletta is magically lit at night. The we proceed to the Main Gate of Valletta and walk through its narrow streets and to the Upper Barrakka Gardens. We drive to Mdina, famous as the Silent City. We finish our tour with a visit to the Mosta Dome - the worlds third largest unsupported dome in the world.
