Al Jahili Fort
Al Jahili Fort is one of the most ancient and largest forts in the UAE, built in the 1890 on the orders of HH Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan.
The fort transformed into a cultural centre & hosting a temporary exhibition gallery and permanent galley devoted to Sir Wilfred Thesiger.
Al Ain National Museum
Al Ain Museum is the oldest museum in the UAE, established in 1969 under HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan: Father of the Nation.
The museum houses artefacts recovered from the many archaeological sites dating back to 600 BC.
