I am a New York City tour guide and have been doing bus tours for 14 years and walking tours for eight. I can easily do a standard tour on, say, Central Park, Greenwich Village, or the World Trade Center but I offer a general tour with many popular places in New York. I also have my own niche tour of "Titanic Sites in New York City". I like tour-guiding in the city because I am also a tourist and I like to feel the vicarious thrill of visitors. Despite being raised on stories of the pioneers, I didn't fall in love with the history, places, and stories of Utah until I lived in downtown Salt Lake City as a young college student. That's when I began to explore the city's streets and neighborhoods, which led to an appreciation of the historic architecture and stories of people who helped make Utah what it is today. And, I began to learn how my own ancestors fit in to the fabric of Utah's story. Utah has changed a lot since my ancestors moved here, growing from frontier settlements founded under the direction of a prophet to a tech hub drawing talent from around the globe to live within easy reach of outdoor recreation. I’d love to share the stories of the people and places that have impacted Utah with you on a tour of Salt Lake City or other nearby attractions. “Private tour of NYC”
Julia Ryan of bornandbreadnytours was AMAZING! She was super responsive as I planned my trip. She was flexible with the areas we wanted to cover, and a great communicator the few days prior to meeting. We even had a phone call the night before to confirm details. Her car was detailed, clean and prompt on pickup day. During our trip, she was a wealth of knowledge as she carefully drove my 91 year old mom and I from Uptown to Downtown to see the sites. So many fun stops, opportunities for photos and historical tidbits. She was patient and friendly as we asked questions, and delivered us safely back to our hotel at the tour completion. HIGHLY recommend.

“Amazing tour!”
Albert was an amazing guide and our tour was just what we were seeking. Albert is hugely knowledgeable, personable and so easy to talk to. My partner and I only arrived in NY the day before and were feeling a little overwhelmed. Albert made us feel at ease from the moment we met him and he was able to adapt the tour to meet our personal needs. The tour covered all the key sites we wanted to see, plus other great sites we didn't even know about. We can't say enough great things about Albert and the tour. “4 hour tour ”
We had Ray as our guide and Victor as our driver. They are both Amazing. We really enjoyed every minute of the tour!
