My journey to becoming a tour guide is rooted in a lifelong passion for culture, creativity, and connection. I’ve always been drawn to the richness of human expression—through travel, music, art, and fashion—and how these elements reveal the true spirit of a place. Over time, I realized that what moved me most wasn’t just seeing new places, but feeling them: understanding their rhythm, their stories, and their soul. New York City has long held a special place in my heart. Its energy, diversity, and layered history constantly inspire me. Becoming a tour guide felt like a natural step—a way to share that inspiration with others. For me, guiding is not just about pointing out sights. It’s about offering an experience that awakens curiosity, fosters understanding, and helps people connect with a place on a deeper level. This work allows me to combine everything I love—storytelling, cultural exchange, personal connection—and turn each tour into a moment of discovery for both the traveler and myself.

I have been providing NYC tours for 14 years and LOVE it. I love introducing the city to new tourists and giving return tourists new experiences. Clients should come away from a tour having learned a few facts, having eaten good food, having had some laughter and... experienced the "Wow!" factor. That is an experience/story that blows them away. As a professional guide and performing artist, actor and educator, I can provide this experience. So join me as I show you hightlights of what the Big Apple is most famous for and for a personal journey in seeing how NYC connects to you in ways you would not have imagined!

My name is Dom G. and I'm a native Brooklynite who has been conducting "Made in Brooklyn" themed tours since 2011 after a career working for high tech hardware manufacturers. Inspired by the makers I discover on my travels, I seek out who's makin' it right here in Brooklyn. My tours feature creative people and local businesses, honor the innovators of Brooklyn's Industrial Revolution and highlight what makes Brooklyn so great. I personally design all my tours and am a bonafide licensed NYC Sightseeing Guide.

I am a New York City tour guide and have been doing bus tours for 14 years and walking tours for eight. I can easily do a standard tour on, say, Central Park, Greenwich Village, or the World Trade Center but I offer a general tour with many popular places in New York. I also have my own niche tour of "Titanic Sites in New York City". I like tour-guiding in the city because I am also a tourist and I like to feel the vicarious thrill of visitors. Being a tour-guide AND a tourist, I have traveled to Nova Scotia, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Anchorage, Cleveland, Niagara Falls, Washington DC, London, Liverpool, Belfast, Bangkok, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Nara, Shizuoka, Hiroshima, Miyajima Island, Mt. Kosaya, Mt. Fuji and many other places.

Welcome to my fascinating and beautiful city! I’m a native New Yorker and Tulane University graduate who fell in love with New Orleans 40 years ago and never left. I've been a professional guide here since 2013 after retiring as director of marketing and communications for the Louisiana State Museum. This second career has been an absolute joy. I get to experience New Orleans every day like it was my first day ever through the eyes of smart and curious travelers like you. That's why I always say my guests are my guide. Thank you!

"Madame Lily Devalier always asked 'Where are you?' in a way that insinuated that there were only two places on earth one could be: New Orleans and somewhere ridiculous. " ― Tom Robbins, Jitterbug Perfume Madame Devalier can certainly be forgiven. My first arrival in New Orleans, more than 30 years ago, was memorable for two reasons: It was the day I made my home here, and the day I fell in love with this irresistible town. There is much here to love: The agreeable climate, the teeming gardens, the ornate streetscapes, and the most hospitable people in the world, all surrounded, as it turns out, by the most civilized small city in the New World. The rich, fragrant essences of hospitality, authenticity and celebration infuse the very air, and inform every aspect of our lives, even in the face of adversity and loss. Over the course of my long career in the hotel industry, my life's work has rewarded me with countless opportunities to welcome you, the intrepid and curious pilgrim, to the Creole City and to what my favorite singer/songwriter, Mr. John Boutte, intones as the "Eternal Now". It is, by any measure, a labor of deep and abiding love for my one true home. Here's some truth: The difference between a tourist and an honored guest is the right host. Playing that role is the path to my bliss, and I hope you will think of me not only as your host, but as your faithful guide and friend. This mysterious metropole has much more to offer than space permits here, so check out my tour links. Want more? I am always happy to prepare a custom itinerary that I guarantee you'll love! 'Til then: Safe travels! PS: If you've read this far and you're still with me, say "Hi". I'm sure we'll pass a good time! As a Boston tour guide, I have the added experience of being a world traveler. For many years, I frequently visited Europe, Asia, and Latin America on business. During this time, I also organized tours of the USA, Europe and Asia for my business clients. I now bring this passion, excitement and expertise to the Boston area. By exploring the globe, I was exposed to various cultures, and this unique perspective has taught me what appeals to people when visiting a new part of the country or a new part of the world. My fluency in English and Turkish, and my advanced skills in Spanish and intermediate skills in French, also help me to service a wider range of tourists and business people. I moved to Boston, Massachusetts several years ago, and I now reside in Brookline. I have three children, so I develop my tours to accommodate families with kids, couples, and individuals who want to visit and learn about the rich history and culture of Boston. As a parent, I know that Boston is a great place for higher education, and I have knowledge of the colleges and universities in the area. I customize my tours to suit the needs and preferences of my customers. Whether you want a walking tour, a driving tour, or a little of both, I can create an itinerary that showcases the best of what Boston has to offer. My one day tours are educational and entertaining, and include the history, culture, personalities, architecture and, even the shopping areas of this renowned city. At the end of the tour, you will be happy and satisfied when you realize you've seen so much in just a short time. I am here to share my knowledge of Boston and Cambridge with you, and help you to enjoy your visit so you can explore the must-see parts of this great city. I look forward to meeting you and guiding you around the city, so please send me a message if you have any questions. Thank you for reading.

Hi! My name is Kim and I've been a hiking and tour guide in southwestern Utah for over 30 years. I love to share my knowledge of the history, geology, flora and fauna of these areas with others. I have led groups as small as one, and as large as 50 (as a step-on guide). I know the best places to go, the easiest logistics, the most challenging/rewarding/easiest/interesting trails and viewpoints in the area. Kevin E.
Hello! My name is Kevin. I was born and raised in Texas and have lived in Utah off and on for seven years. I've lived in four countries, including China, Australia, and Hungary, and experienced many other amazing places around the world. I love getting a glimpse into the culture and history of places I visit through their architecture, art, beliefs, and people. Traveling has helped me better understand the value of a great tour guide, something I’ve worked hard to become. I've been blessed (or cursed) with a knack for remembering interesting facts and details. I channel this experience and information into my tours, so that my guests get more than a basic tour. By giving tours, I'm helping people expand their understanding and appreciation of diverse ideas to help make the world a better place. Although a native Texan, my roots go deep in Utah, six generations back, to the pioneers who settled here in the mid-19th century. It is a beautiful and fascinating place. Utah should definitely be on your list of places to visit, not just for its natural wonders but also for its history. Despite being raised on stories of the pioneers, I didn't fall in love with the history, places, and stories of Utah until I lived in downtown Salt Lake City as a young college student. That's when I began to explore the city's streets and neighborhoods, which led to an appreciation of the historic architecture and stories of people who helped make Utah what it is today. And, I began to learn how my own ancestors fit in to the fabric of Utah's story. Utah has changed a lot since my ancestors moved here, growing from frontier settlements founded under the direction of a prophet to a tech hub drawing talent from around the globe to live within easy reach of outdoor recreation. I’d love to share the stories of the people and places that have impacted Utah with you on a tour of Salt Lake City or other nearby attractions. I am a member of the Utah Tour Guide Association, currently serving as president.

“Amazing tour!”
Albert was an amazing guide and our tour was just what we were seeking. Albert is hugely knowledgeable, personable and so easy to talk to. My partner and I only arrived in NY the day before and were feeling a little overwhelmed. Albert made us feel at ease from the moment we met him and he was able to adapt the tour to meet our personal needs. The tour covered all the key sites we wanted to see, plus other great sites we didn't even know about. We can't say enough great things about Albert and the tour. Thanks Albert for making our introduction to NY so fantastic.
