It is a journey through sexual history of the world beginning with a 'red light district' where we see how sexual expression was marginalized to the scandals of the high and mighty. Red Light District
Our journey begins at this display of the Red Light District, where erotic art and expression had been marginalized for decades. Neon art, soft shoe sofas, and movie posters that beckon for more.
Scandals and Science
Erotic Art has reacted to scandals in addition to being a celebration of humanity's greatest expression. Scandals of the high and mighty have inspired political art. From today's political cartoons, to the early days of erotic art made famous during the Weimer era. Sexual expression was the province of the rich and powerful until scientific research unlocked the mysteries of sex. Erotic art has never been the same!
Archeology and Art
Archeological discoveries from 1500 BCE. Sex pots. 17th Century Chinese pillow books, pottery and art from Pompei during the Tiberius era. Marquis De Sade display/ Modern erotica from the Flesh Gallery! Contemporary art and replicas from the peep show era. A tribute to LBGT plus a display of scandalous teachers and female predators.
Foyer
Our tour concludes back at the foyer, which contains a reading lounge, art gallery, and bookstore. Tributes to the modern pioneers of adult entertainment, like Larry Flynt, and erotic art for sale are also on display. When you leave the museum, you may venture to the Fashion Show Mall for shopping and dining. You may also explore a variety of adult establishments on both Sammy Davis Jr, Blvd and Industrial Blvd. Your journey into the past, present and future of the erotic heritage of the world will now begin!

About Tour Guide Dwayne W.
I was the first generation of tour guides through Wayne Newton's Casa de Shenandoah. When I worked at Big Bus Tours, I gave on a double decker bus up and down the Las Vegas strip and on Fremont Street. My current tour will take visitors through the Erotic Heritage Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada. Visitors will see archeological relics, as well as original manuscripts and erotic art going back centuries.
