Our chef takes you to visit our local market for choosing the best ingredients for the cooking course with us. You also experience how the locals prepare their local foods for their family meals as well as learn how to make a deal with the locals at the vendors.
Coconut Basket Boat Tour
You jump on the basket boat with our local fishermen to ride you around the coconut forest to learn about fishing technique like rolling fishing net, throwing net, lifting net,crabing...at coconut forest.
Private Cooking Class with Chef
You join in first hand for cooking class with our private Chef for 4-5 local dishes:
-Seasonal salad( Banana Flower or Mango or Papapaya with Prawn): Starter
-Fried Spring Roll: Starter
-Fried Morning Glorry: Main Course
-Hoi An Local Pancake: Main Course
-Fried Tofu with tomato sauce: Main Course
-Seasonal Fruite Cutting: Dessert
You are instructed to make these local dishes one by one with our Chef and you also learn how make these dishes in the best ways for you when you back home.

-We can pick up and drop off our guests in Da Nang with surcharge 30 USD /round trip, and our Chef just meets you in the local market in Hoi An for the tour begins.
-We can also pick up you from Da Nang and drop off you in Hoi An with surcharge 20 USD /round trip, and our Chef meets you up in the local market in Hoi An for the tour starts.
-We meet you up at 8.20.am at your hotel in Hoi An.
-Since our tours are private and we can start the tour in another time slot at 2:00.pm as well, if you are busy in the morning.

“Wonderful morning with Mun”
We had the most wonderful day with Mun! She and the driver met us at our hotel promptly at 8am for a tour of Dragon Bridge, Lady Buddha and Marble Mountain. She was very knowledgeable about Da Nang’s history and shared many stories that really helped us understand the town and sites. Highly recommend! Tip: Bring a poncho or umbrella as it rains a lot and is particularly wet at Marble Mountain. Lots of steps that can not only be steep but slippery when wet.
