You might associate Shibuya with the Shibuya scramble, but it’s now under massive redevelopment projects and new attractions are coming in one after another. I went to one of them on February. It’s called “Shibuya Sky”, an open-air sky deck with 230m high. It’s on the top of a new high-rise, Shibuya Scramble Square. You can command unobstructed panoramic view of Tokyo. I went there on a day time, but it must be also fun in the evening to watch the sunset and night view of the metropolis. The one and only failure of this new attraction, I have to say, is that its fence is clear. So, it looks like no-fence in some parts of the edge. For tourists of courage, let’s enjoy the fear in my Tokyo tour and for the one of not-enough-courage, let’s join the tour with your eyes shut.
