Cambodian Red Chicken Curry, known as Somlar Kari Saek Mouan or sometimes Khmer Red Curry, is a rich curry paste made with coconut milk, chicken, eggplant, green beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes and a wonderful red curry paste called Kroeung.
