Cañi Sanctuary is a small private protected reserve in the Huife Area. It is a tiny mountain range and its most attractive scenes are the majestic Araucaria Trees, native forest, many pristine lagoons, and impressive 360º views of Araucania.
It's a 3-hour hike and you can choose two different trails, one of them easier than the other. then you can enjoy the "Laguna del Espejo", The Mirror Lagoon, and walk around, watch the birds and the landscape, and take a deep breath of fresh and pure air.

At that time after breakfast, we pick the group up at the hotel where staying, drive up to Huife Area, park the Van at the base, and get ready to hike up nice and slow depending on the people's needs.

Tour Important Information
A very important piece of advice is to make sure you wear an outdoor outfit, a small backpack, hat, sunscreen, and raincoat in case of occasional rain showers, and take your bottle of water with you to be hydrated. Although a nutritional snack or energy bar, fruit, or whatever food you want to eat during the tour.

My name is Gabbi and I have been basically a tour guide since I was very young, having the privilege of knowing lots of places in my own country and in the United States where I lived for several years, I graduated from the University of Massachusetts as a bilingual interpreter and work translating, guiding, and as an artist as a hobby and Iove meeting new people, I love nature and sports related with Natural environment, water sports as sailing, surfing, snowboarding, river rafting, trekking, etc... I am willing to be able to work more in all these activities, and give people a good knowledge of what important is to be connected with our planet. I love archaeology and used to guide in the Atacama Desert showing the path of many places that are from our past and in southern Chile in the Araucania region, in the Valparaiso region, Easter Island, Lake District as many others, I want to share my passion for all of it. I hope to be there for all who want to enjoy the beauties of our earth.
