7 days Yunnan Photography tours from Dali to Shangrila

This trip includes stops at several ideal photo points for Sunrise or sunset!

Meet at your hotel or airport/ train station
Day 1, Dali- Shaxi
Pick up from hotel in Dali, travel to Xizhou and visit the local market.
Drive to Shaxi old town after lunch, visit The ancient theater, Sideng street and Yujin bridge, Enjoy afternoon tea and cozy time in Shaxi. Over night at Shaxi town.
Day 2, Around Shaxi , Visit Shibaoshan mountain
Check out from hotel in Shaxi, visit Shibaoshan and hanging temple. enjoy a nice walk to explore temple and unique landscape on mountain. try Bai people's traditional food, return to hotel in Shaxi around 16:30.
Day 3, Shaxi- Lijiang
Check out from hotel in Shaxi, drive to Lijiang, Visit world heritage site, Shuhe and Dayan old town. Over night in Lijiang
Day 4, Day trip Jade dragon mountain
Visit spruce meadow or Yak meadow by cable car , Spruce meadow on the jade dragon mountain at an elevation of 3300m above sea-level, surrounded primitive forest. you can enjoy a nice walk in the forest and blue moon valley.
Day 5, Lijiang- Tiger leaping gorge-Shangrila
Check out from Lijiang hotel, drive ~2hrs to tiger leaping gorge, visit one of the most famous gorge on Yangtze river. Continue the journey to Shangrila with stops to see Yi village and view of Haba mountain, Grassland, Check in hotel. evening walk around Shangrila old town, the tortoise hill park and the largest Tibetan prayerwheel in the world.
Day 6, Trip around Shangrila
Visit Songzanlin monastery, can arrange sunrise Photography trip in the morning, Visit Tibetan family and try yak butter tea, visit a local market and Yila grassland in the afternoon. Over night in Shangrila.
Day 7, Shangrila tour, Departure from Shangrila
Morning trip to Dabao monastery, if time permit, can do some nice trekking through villages and meadows.
Private transfer to airport, finish the memorable trip in Yunnan !
