We will walk through the history of Bordeaux by tasting the most incredible foods and wine - from canele and caviar, to Basque cheeses - we will meet the people behind these incredible products. Wine will be discussed in historical and current states, with tastings of different regions and styles. Historical highlights are the Grosse Cloche, Place de la Bourse, the Grand Theatre, Pont Pierre, and Porte Cailhou. Food tastings can be adjusted to clients preference.
