4 hours Kyoto tour including tricky Nijo jinya, a ninja mansion by certified professional guide

As Nijo jinya , a ninja house with tricky defense accepts only 30 visitors a day, reservation is requried, so you should reserve the tour as early as possible. Next visit is Nijo-jo castle, Kinkakuji temple (The Golden Pavillion) and Ryoanji temple if Nijo jinya is not reserved.

Nijo jinya was built by rich merchant Ogawa family in latter half of Edo period with amazing tricky defense and is called ninja house. To enter the house, earier reservation is better to secure reservation.
Nijo-jo castle was built by Tokugawa shogunate in 1603 and it has beautifle garden.
Kinkakuji or The Golden Pavillion was built by Ashikaga Yoshimitsu as his villa in 1397
Ryoanji temple is visited if we can not reserve Nijo jinya, it is famous for mysterious rock garden. You will be excited with the secret of the garden that the guide shows.

Inclusions & Exclusions
guide fee, pick-up fee to meet at Hotel Granvia in Kyoto station. entrance fee of the guide except for Nijo jinya, smiles and skills of communication of the guide.
transportation fee of you and guide, taxi fare if used during the tour, entrance fee of you and the guide's entrance fee of Nijo jinya 1,000 yen if reserved and lunch, dinner etc. entrance fee: Nijo jinya 1,000 yen, Nijo-jo castle 1,000 yen, Kinkakuji temple 400 yen, Ryoanji temple 500 yen if visited. If we buy one day bus ticket, it is 600 yen. All prices are for one adult.
Tour Important Information
The entrance of Nijo jinya is subject to the reservation. It accepts only 30 visitors a day. The Nijo jinya tour is not guaranteed on your desired day of the tour. If the reservation is successfully made, we have to reach Nijo jinya by 10:00, therefore please be punctual to leave on 09:30 latest from the lobby of Hotel Granvia in Kyoto station. If we can not reserve as you desire, we will visit Ryoanji temple or the Rock Garden instead.
If your hotel is Ana Crowne Plaza Kyoto, you do not need to come to Hotel Granvia, because your hotel is very close to Nijo jinya. So, the guide will meet you at your lobby of Ana Crowne Plaze Kyoto on 9:30.
After the tour the guide will escort you to downtown area for your lunch. You can choose your restaurant from 27 choices. So the guide shows you how to get back to your hotel by bus after your lunch. The guide does not accompany your lunch.
The guest should have travel isurance and enough Japanese yen, because some restaurants and shops do not accept credit cards.
You may exchange your money to Japanese yen at 7&11 or Yucho bank(Japan Post).
The guide does not cover insurance if anything happened with you.
The guest should wear easy walking shose and have umbrella just in case. If you visit Kyoto in summer, please prepare hat or cap and beverage to avoid heat injury.
