“Bad experience overall”
At times, things don't go as we expect; there may be a setback, a failure, or simply a bad experience; we are all human, which is why it's understandable when some aspect of the contracted service is deficient. But there are occasions when the entire service is deficient. That was the case with the guide. What happened? Suffice it to say that we only endured 3 days out of the 6 we spent in Tokyo, and despite not knowing the Japanese language, we decided to venture on our own instead of continuing to use the guide's services. I recommend ensuring that the guide is thoroughly familiar with the locations they will be taking you to and is well-informed about schedules, timings, and distances so that the day can be enjoyable. I clarify that our experience with her was for a full-day tour in Tokyo and its surroundings, and we were in contact with her approximately 50 days prior, during which we shared ideas to plan the tour days, yet we still felt they were very improvised. I am unaware of her performance in visits to specific places. I regret having to leave this review.

(1 reviews)Dear Mr. Fernando, I am very sorry that the time you spent with me in Tokyo was not enjoyable for you, leading you to leave such a negative review. I assure you, I did everything in my power to ensure you had a good time: we went where you wanted, spent as much time as you desired in various places in Tokyo, I even lent you a large sum of money when you didn't have enough, and I tried my best to make you comfortable. So, I sincerely hope that in your future travels, you encounter wonderful guides and always have a fantastic, unforgettable time. I wish you success in your life and business, and may your daughter have a happy marriage and bring you beautiful grandchildren to delight you. Thank you very much for the invitation to visit you in Mexico and thank you for saying "God bless me" when we parted. Those words mean a lot to me. May the Lord bless you and your entire family. Goodbye. Johanna
