Kathmandu is the house of Royal Living Goddess Kumari. we will be blessed by her and explore the palace premises. The mind-blowing temples full of Newar Art and Architecture are the best part of this place. we will walk in the busiest local market and we can try authentic Newari food as well. i will be sharing a lot of Hindu and Buddhist stories and legends as we pass the oldest monastic courtyard of Kathmandu.

Swyambhunath Stupa

Swyambhunath Stupa is popularly known as Monkey Temple. This is one of the oldest buddhist stupa in Nepal. It lies in a hilltop, we should climb almost 50 steps to get there. the massive stupa is surrounded by ancient Chaitya, Beautiful Golden Harati Temple and many Monasteries. A magnificent panoramic view can be seen from the top.

Boudhanath Stupa

Boudhanath Stupa is known as Khasti Chaitya or Jhyarong Kasyor. it is very popular among the Tibetan Buddhist and Newar Buddhist. It is the largest stupa in Nepal with a mandala base. Hundreds of pilgrims do a holy circulation called as Kora every evening. It is surrounded by different monasteries . The Vibrant environment of the stupa will definitely will bring peace in your mind. This is the only holy stupa where all the three buddha of past, present and future are worshipped.

Pashupatinath Temple

Pashupatinath Temple is the holiest temple for all the Hindu around the globe. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The main temple premises is not allowed to enter by non Hindu visitor. Open air cremation is done on the bank of the holy river Bagmati. A lot of hindu holy sage can be seen there around. This is the best place to feel the Hindu vibe.
