10:00am - 11:30 am : Start at Kathmandu Durbar Square:
Explore the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring ancient temples, palaces, and courtyards.
Visit Kumari Ghar to see the living goddess Kumari when she makes an appearance at her window.
Head to Freak Street:
Walk down to Freak Street, the iconic street that was popular with Western hippies in the 1960s and 1970s.
Coffee Break in Thamel:
Take a stroll to Thamel, a vibrant neighborhood full of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Enjoy a cup of Nepali tea or coffee at one of the local cafes.
Afternoon
1 pm, Afternoon: Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple)
Taxi or Walk to Swayambhunath:
Take a taxi or a leisurely walk to Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, which offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley.
Explore Swayambhunath Stupa:
Climb the stairs to reach the stupa and explore its intricately decorated shrines, prayer wheels, and the iconic Buddha eyes overlooking the city.
3:30- 4:30 pm Lunch in Boudhanath:
Take a taxi or public transport.
Head to Boudhanath, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy a traditional Nepali lunch at one of the rooftop restaurants overlooking the Boudhanath Stupa.
Late Afternoon: Boudhanath Stupa
Explore Boudhanath Stupa:
Walk around the massive Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in Nepal, and soak in the spiritual atmosphere.

Evening: Pashupatinath Temple
Taxi or Walk to Pashupatinath:
Visit Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu temple complex on the banks of the Bagmati River.
