Day 1: Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi Drive

After preparing for your Langtang Gosainkunda trek, you will drive to Syabrubeshi through the Trishuli Highway today. It takes around 7-8 hours to drive on a Local Bus. Overnight stay at Syabrubeshi.

Day 2: Trek from Syabrubeshi to Lama Hotel

Time to stretch your legs to kick off your trek to Lama Hotel today. The first section of the trail goes through the off-road until Doman. Then, ascent through the dense forest and landslide area to reach Lama Hotel. Overnight stay at Lama Hotel.

Day 3: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village

Enjoy your mountain breakfast and begin the trek from the Lama Hotel. After crossing a few sections of the forests, you will start to see a glimpse of Langtang Lirung. Crossing the dense forests and a suspension bridge over Langtang Khola arrives Ghodatabela. From here, the Valley starts to open and a gentle ascend will take you to Langtang Village for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Trek from Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa

It will be an easy and pleasing walk today to Kyanjin Gompa. After having breakfast, a gentle walk alongside the Langtang River and small Chorten takes you to Kyanjin. The views of Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, Kyanjin ri, and other mountains can be seen. Overnight stay at Kyanjin.

Day 5: Hike to Kyanjin Ri or Tserko Ri

You have several options today to stroll around the Kyanjin Gompa. Tserko Ri, Kyanjin Ri, Glacial Lakes, Langsisa Kharka, etc. are the places to go sightseeing. Kyanjin Ri is just a 2-3 hour climb from the Kyanjin Gompa and offers magnificent views of Langtang Lirung and other mountains. Whereas, Tserko Ri is a 5-6 hours hike and is challenging yet offers superb views of the Himalayas. You can choose one of these Hiking Trails to enjoy the superb views of the surrounding peaks. Overnight stay at Kyanjin.

Day 6: Trek from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel

Start your day early from Kyanjin to reach Lama Hotel. Follow the trail via Langtang Village, Thangshyap, Ghodatabela, and the Lama Hotel. You will walk through the verdant forests often. Overnight stay at Lama Hotel.

Day 7: Trek from Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru

The trail further descends through the dense forests and just below the Landslide area, it splits and moves ahead to Thulo Syabru Village. From that point, you will ascend through the forest and enjoy the occasional views of Langtang and Ganesh Himal. Overnight stay at Thulo Syabru Village.

Day 8: Trek from Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa

In the Comparison to Langtang Trek Itinerary, the route to Gosainkunda is a bit difficult. You will start your day with a steep uphill ascend admiring the views of Thurman and Nagathali. The walk continues through the steep trail passing Forprang Danda and climbing uphill will reach Shing

Day 9: Trek from Sing Gompa to Gosainkunda

As the day progresses the spiritual vibes come alone. Climbing the deserted mountain pathways will take you to Lauribina. From here another 2-hour climb provides you the views of Bhairavkunda and Saraswati Kunda. Next following the trail of Gosainkunda will take you to your final destination. If you visit this place during August then you may be able to see Hindu and Buddhist devotees performing their rituals.

Day 10: Trek from Gosainkunda to Ghopte

There will be several ascending and descending today. You will cross the Lauribina Pass while enjoying amazing views of the mountains such as Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang. After summiting the pass, the trail will gently descend through the rocky and steep path. Then, crossing a small river bridge, you will climb a steep trail to reach Ghopte.

Day 11: Trek from Ghopte to Khutumsang

The pathways will become easier after exploring Gosainkunda and descending to Tharepati. Then next, the trek continues to Khutumsang for an overnight stay.

Day 12: Trek from Khutumsang to Chisapani

Today, you will march ahead to the Helambu Trekking region. Encounter with different Gurung and Tamang villages along the way. Likewise, crossing several forests of rhododendron forests, you will reach Chisapani for an overnight stay.

Day 13: Trek from Chisapani to Sundarijal and Drive back to Kathmandu

Your Langtang Gosakinkunda Journey comes to an end today with a gentle walk from Chisapni to Sundarijal. After Langtang National Park, you will pass another Shivapuri National Park today. Your vehicle will be waiting for you at Sundarijal to drive back to Kathmandu.
