The Metropolitan Nature Park, a 573 acre (282 hectares) woodland is one the few protected areas inside a major city in Latin America. Its trails system offer you a good opportunity to experience Panama rainforest. Your Guide will be looking for Toucans, Parrots, Flycatchers, Trogons, Hawks, Tanagers, and any other wildlife that might be present.

- We'll meet at the Metropolitan Nature Park Visitor Center, you can get there by ÜBER or Taxi.
Metropolitan Park Trails
We'll venture in to the park trails to enjoy a morning of boasting biodiversity, looking for as many birds that we can spot also enjoying the nature around us.

*DRESS CODE: In order to enhance our experience and avoid any disruption with the wildlife. We recommend you to wear clothings with colors that can blend in with nature: Brown, Green, Khaki or neutral colors: Gray, Navy Blue, Black.
* This tour involves walking on steep and uneven terrain, being this said it's not recommended for individuals with mobility issues or poor physical form.B

Colonial District Sunset Walk
LATE AFTERNOON, the best time of the day for a walk at the Colonial District with a panamanian guide raised in the neighborhood. We'll meet at Plaza Herrera to start our historical walk going around the narrow streets and appreciating the mix of the architecture styles present in this World Heritage Site, visiting several squares, the ancient fort that protected the city; while your guide provides you with interesting historical facts about the this World Heritage Site.
