Let me take you on a 3-hour walk I designed to capture Saigon's essence. We’ll start with my favourite bowl of noodles and dumplings or beef stew from a local stall. Afterwards, as fresh as they come, we’ll savour juicy exotic fruits from the wet market (not so wet). Then we will go to an 86-year-old coffee house and aunties will show us how to make coffee or tea. We will sip on bold Vietnamese coffee & tea that'll power you up for the day.
