This walking tour visits eight locations significant to the lives of Bitburg’s Jewish citizens and their families. At the beginning of the Nazi regime, Bitburg was home to a small, close-knit Jewish community. Through stories of its people, homes, businesses, and community life, visitors will discover how Nazi persecution gradually destroyed the community and reduced its presence in Bitburg to zero.
