Hello everyone! My name is Sarak. I am an English speaking tour guide in Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, Cambodia. I've been doing my job for 15 years, taking people visit to Angkor Wat and other interesting places around Cambodia. I do explain about the local history, culture, religion. People say that I have good eyes for photo taking. Please contact me for your holiday in Cambodia. Thank you very much. Here are the reviews from my past guests: Guest1: Sarak was recommended to us by someone who had travelled to Siem Reap pre-pandemic and we're so grateful for the recommendation. He's very patient and knowledgeable and we learnt such a great deal from him about the country's rich history (most of our own had been confined to the late twentieth- and twenty-first century). We had experienced some trouble with purchasing tickets online and Sarak drove us to the ticket office to pick them up and the process was seamless. We did a one-day tour with Sarak, which included the Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon, and more. Sarak speaks excellent English and is really knowledgeable about the cultural and religious history of the various places we visited. The trip was comfortable and pleasant, and it was great not to have to worry about transport. Definitely recommending him to others who intend to visit Siem Reap. Date of experience: November 2022 Guest2: I spent 2 wonderful days with Sarak. He showed me in a private tour all the importante temples around Siem Reap. 1st day: Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, Chau Say Tevoda, Ta Nei, Ta Prohm and on 2nd day: Preah Khan, Neak Poan, East Mebon, Banteay Samre and Banteay Srei. He knows all the historical details and history and all legends and stories with Hinduism & Buddhism gods and religion. He is a really good storyteller and it isn't boring to hear all the details. He linked the stories with the different temples and the appropriate rock carvings. The driver drove us safely from temple to temple. Back in the vehicle he was waiting for us with water and refreshing towels. We had Lunch in local Restaurants. The food was delicious! I am happy and satisfied that I could do the two tours with Sarak. I am very happy to recommend him! Date of experience: February 2023

I grew up in the UK, and have lived more than ten years in the UK and USA on overseas assignments. While I lived abroad, I started to realize how shallow my knowledge on Japanese culture, beliefs, history and food was for a Japanese resident, whenever I tried to respond to the questions my foreign friends had about Japan. For the last 20 years I’ve been doing a lot of domestic travel visiting areas that I’ve never been before, and studying history and culture, as well as enjoying Sake from all parts of Japan. From 2015, I intensified my studies of Japan, and in 2017, successfully received government certification as a qualified guide on Japan. Thinking it would help my studies as well as be beneficial for visitors to Japan, I opened a website titled “Rediscovering Japan” in 2016 to record my travels and share my experience with travelers to Japan. To date I have covered 25 of the 47 prefectures in Japan. I have found that rather than just visiting tourist spots at random, it is much more interesting if you have a clear theme of the places you are going to. I hope you'll enjoy the visits with me to rediscover Japan!

Hello! My name is Akiko from Gifu prefecture. I am a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter. I like going out with my family, talking with my friends over coffee at a cozy cafe, reading books, baking bread and cake when I have time. I passed the national tour guide test in 2017 and have worked as a guide since then. I have guided in Gifu city, Seki city, Takayama city, Shirakawago , Mino city and Nagoya city. I have lived in Gifu for more than forty years. Gifu prefecture is rich in nature so you can enjoy the rural atmosphere. Gifu city has a beautiful river 'Nagara river' and Mt.Kinka which has Gifu castle on the top. You can go up the mountain on foot or use a ropeway. The view from Gifu castle is so fantastic. At the foot of the mountain , there are many places to visit such as parks, a temple having a big image of Buddha, and a street preserving the historic atmosphere. At Nagara River, you can enjoy seeing a traditional way of fishing ‘cormorant fishing’ which is thought to have started 1300 years ago. Many cafes have unique service called 'morning service' in Gifu along with Aichi In the morning (until about ten thirty or eleven) when you order a cup of tea or coffee, they serve toast and salad ! Near Gifu park , you can find a nice Japanese style cafe where you enjoy good coffee and seeing a Japanese style garden. Seki city is a small city but so famous for its cutlery. At Japanese sword museum in Seki, you can see authentic Japanese swords! Mino city next to Seki city is well known for its hand made Japanese paper 'Hon minoshi' designated as intangible cultural asset by UNESCO . Until recently it was not easy to guide guests because of COVID-19 pandemic; however the situation is getting better. Some strict rules about COVID-19 have been lifted. Please visit Gifu. I am looking forward to seeing you. Please feel free to ask me when you need information about Gifu. Thank you for reading my introduction.

Masayoshi K.
Hello and welcome! I have been living in Kamakura for about seven years, just a short five-minute walk from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. I truly love this city for its unique combination of historic temples, peaceful nature, and traditional streets. One of my favorite hobbies is walking around Kamakura with my camera and capturing everyday scenes of the town. I enjoy discovering small streets, quiet temples, and scenic viewpoints. I use a Sony α7CII camera and enjoy helping visitors capture beautiful and memorable photos of their trip. I also run twice a week in the morning, often along Kamakura’s hiking trails or by Yuigahama Beach. Because of this, I am very familiar with many walking routes and hidden paths in the area. If you enjoy nature, hiking, or longer walks, I would be happy to guide you through some of Kamakura’s beautiful spots. I graduated from a university in the United States and continue to use English regularly in my work and through international exchange events. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and sharing the charm of Kamakura in English. During our tour, I hope to show you not only famous places such as the Great Buddha and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, but also the relaxing atmosphere, nature, and everyday beauty of Kamakura. I would also be happy to help you take great photos so you can bring home wonderful memories of your trip. I look forward to exploring Kamakura together with you!

Naoto O.
Hello! My name is Naoto, and I am from Mie Prefecture. I became a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter in 2026. While I am still building my experience as a professional guide, I completed a tourism guide training program organized by the Mie Prefectural Government in 2025. Through this program, I gained solid knowledge of Japanese history and culture, as well as practical skills in guiding and tour planning. I spent my university years in Kyoto and also studied abroad in Canada and New Zealand. I have passed the EIKEN Grade 1 and scored 925 on the TOEIC. My academic background is in law and international relations, so I enjoy discussing global topics as well. I specialize in guiding visitors in the Iga region, the birthplace of ninja, and the quiet historical areas of eastern Nara Prefecture. These places are not crowded with international tourists, but they offer a deeper understanding of Japan. Of course, I can also guide you to Ise Grand Shrine, one of the most sacred places in Japan. Since public transportation is limited in these rural areas, we will travel comfortably by my car. If you are interested, I would also love to introduce you to local restaurants that serve fresh organic vegetables from this region.

Born and raised in Budapest, I’m a 37-year-old licensed professional tour guide who lives and breathes the city every day! I started guiding 7 years ago as a passionate traveler and Budapest local myself, and I was eager to share my love and enthusiasm for this very special European city. Being an adventurer myself, I’ve lived in 5 different cities across Europe and Asia, and I also travel a lot in my free time, so I know exactly what it's like to arrive in a city as a stranger, wanting to learn and soak it all up! I can completely customize the tour according to your needs and interests, and I am ready to answer any question you might have, from politics through local life to history and architecture. I used to work as a gastronomy journalist, so in case you’re a foodie, I’m your person as well!:) I have been guiding private tours for 7 years daily, but I’m still very passionate and excited about meeting people from all over the world every day and getting to know them while showing them my culture, so you can rest assured that we’ll say goodbye as friends at the end of the tour!:)

Hello - my name is Jessica and welcome to Sweden - Välkommen! I am so happy you have chosen to travel to my home city 'Stockholm'. Even if you are only here for a short while - I would like to introduce you to our Swedish culture and traditions whilst showing you some unique parts of Stockholm and its surroundings, places that are off the beaten track as well as all the must sees! If you wish to go in-depth about life in Sweden then I have written a book under the title "Stockholm, Sweden - At Your Fingertips" and it can be found on Amazon. I have lived abroad half of my life - in Kenya, Israel, Greece etc. and what a fantastic world this is! Now I would like to share with you "my world" here in Sweden. I would love to show you the sights and sounds of Stockholm. If you have already been here before, why not let me show you the tranquil suburb of Lidingö - away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Maybe a hike through one of our nature reserves, visit a farm from the 18th century and for the hardy, maybe a dip in the lake. When I am not out guiding or with my family, I work with expats, newcomers and diplomats introducing them to our Swedish culture, ways and traditions - helping them feel at home here in Sweden. I would like to show you Sweden at its best, so you can get the most out of your visit here in Stockholm. Join me for a very Swedish experience! I look forward to welcoming you to Stockholm and its surroundings!

My name is Jacob, and I've been exploring Colorado since 2007, when I moved here for my first engineering job. Right away, I began hiking the beautiful Rocky Mountain peaks, then climbing the cliffs, and learning to camp in the backcountry, but what I loved the most was exploring on my bicycle. I loved it so much that I eventually quit my job to simply ride my bike as far as I could go. Three years later, I returned to Colorado having pedaled 38,000 miles and circled the earth twice. My route traced from Portugal to China, Alaska to Argentina, then across New Zealand, Australia, and Africa. While I was out there, I learned to exist in nature, to be confident in handling any situation, and to always find beauty in my surroundings. This is the experience I bring to my tours. I pride myself in finding the most scenic places to visit, that both highlights the natural beauty of Colorado, as well as captures the local charm of the people who live here.

I use a unique customized four door convertible that has plenty of room for 4 passengers plus driver with easy in and out access for all. Beyene A.
Hello dear travelers. This is Beyene. But please call me by my nick name, 'Bayu'. I was born and raised in Gondar, a historical city in north western part of Ethiopia known for medieval history and culture, but now working and living in Addis Ababa since the last 16 years. I joined the hospitality business when I was in my home town as a local guide taking tourists around the city and to the breathtaking Simen mountains national park. Then this coincidence of meeting many tourists from different countries, eventually grew up and motivated me for further education which I finally came to Addis Ababa to attend tourism college. Here I studied and got diploma in tour guiding techniques and travel operation. With this the Federal Government of Ethiopian Tourism Commission has certified me as a national tour guide to escort travelers all over the country. In addition, the Amhara reginal state tourism office has also licensed me as a local guide. This time, I am a member of Ethiopian professional tourist guides Association based in Addis Ababa. For me travelling is just more than a business and is simply a source of excitement by meeting new people and make them happy through social and intercultural exchanges. Ethiopia's long history, divers culture, ancient tradition and beliefs, stunning geography, archeology, unique nature and the society's way of life are the main factors that attracts tourists all year round. This condition always makes me to go off the beaten-truck and discover places which are beyond the routine destinations. In line of this, I'm became very much keen on travelling and familiar with almost all destinations in the country, which is from the historic route in the north to the cultural destination to Omo valley tribes in the south; from the adventurous Danakil depression and Eta'ale to trekking in the Simen and Bale mountains National parks; from coffee tours in the Ethiopian rift valley system to the bird watching activities across the country. Above all, Addis Ababa is my favorite city where I got a better knowledge about Ethiopian tourism in general. lt is a vibrant city where diversified ethnic groups all over the nation are living together in peace and harmony. In addition to being the capital of Ethiopia and Africa the whole, it also served as a commerical and political hub of the country hosing local and international organizations. Such as:- AU/African Union, EU/European Union, ECA/Economic Commissioned for Africa including embassies and consulates of different countries in the world. Because of that Addis Abeba became one of the best tourist stops in the country where a short and long term travelers are coming for their holidays. The city encompasses many things to be seen either in a half or full day city tours including day trips to a nearby places. To mention but few are:- the national Museum where the 3.2 million years old Lucy is located, mount Entoto where the old grass thatched roof palace of king Menellik ll is still standing, Trinity Cathedral from which the remains of emperor Hailesilassie and his families are rested, Markato the busiest and largest open air market in Africa, St. George church erected up to recall the victory of Adewa over Italy in 1886. Plus historical monuments and squares; coffee houses and traditional restaurants; amusement parks and night life clubs are the few spots on which travelers shall have a life time experience. Therefore, when ever you have a chance to visit Addis Ababa/Ethiopia or a short transit at Bole intl airport, please contact me anytime to join my tour and let we together uncover the hidden wonders! I look forward to welcome and spend a wonderful time with you. See you soon! Tour guide and travel organizer in Ethiopia
