Hello, I'm Kouhei, a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter. I'm originally from Tokyo, but since I love outdoor activities and wanted to live in a place surrounded by abundant nature, I moved to here in Nagano in 2015. I have traveled a lot of places in Japan and eventually decided to live in Nagano. Nagano prefecture is sometimes described as "a roof of Japan" since most of its part are covered with high mountain range. Because of that, the area gets lots of snow every winter. It makes the place's nature and culture different from other areas in Japan. I am also a Mountain Trekking guide and a Cycling Guide as well as English translator guide.. I want to guide you to super beautiful yet lesser known places! I am very flexible, so please let me know your requests for the guided tour. Let's explore the "Hidden Gem" of Japan together :) (for example) Walking Tour : Matsumoto Castle, Zenkoji Temple, Togakushi Shrine, Obuse Town, etc Mountain Hiking: Beginners to Intermediates (Northern Alps, Yatsugatake, etc) Cycling Tours : Beginners to Intermediates (North Nagano Area), E Bikes tour available. Other Specials :Snow Monkey, Picking Wild Vegetables and Cooking Tempura together, Night Cherry Blossom Viewing, Visiting Sake Winery, Snow Shoeing in National Park, etc

Hello! My name is Akiko from Gifu prefecture. I am a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter. I hold the Domestic Tour Manager Certification. I have guided in Gifu prefecture and Aichi prefecture. Gifu city has a beautiful river 'Nagara river' and Mt. Kinka which has Gifu castle on the top. (I am sorry, but Gifu Castle is currently closed for renovation.) At the foot of the mountain , there are many places to visit such as parks, a temple having a big image of Buddha, and a street preserving the historic atmosphere. At Gifu Castle Rakuichi, you can enjoy local food and shop for souvenirs unique to Gifu. Seki City is a small city but so famous for its cutlery. Seki City is the best place to buy high-quality knives. At Japanese sword museum in Seki, you can see authentic Japanese swords! This year, 2026, Seki City has Seki Cutlery Festival on October 10th and 11th. There are many exciting events, including a Japanese sword-forging demonstration(A reservation is required.) The huge cutlery sale is also something you won't want to miss! Mino City next to Seki City is well known for its hand made Japanese paper 'Hon Minoshi' designated as intangible cultural asset by UNESCO . You can try traditional paper making. Takayama and Shirakawago are perfect places for those who want to experience traditional Japan. Nagoya is a great place to experience both samurai culture and modern Japan. Nagoya's delicious local cuisine is another attraction. Gujo Hachiman is a charming mountain town with crystal-clear rivers and a peaceful atmosphere. Why not try Gujo Odori, one of Japan's most famous Bon dances, or experience making realistic food samples? I can create a tour tailored to your interests and preferences. Please feel free to ask me when you need information about Japan. I will do my best so that your tour is enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for reading my introduction.

Hello.I'm Masami! I work as a freelance translator and usually work in my room, but I would like to offer my assistance as an interpreter to foreigners who visit my beautiful home town Naruto, so I got National Guide Certificate. Naruto is very famous for the whirlpools which can be observed from ships, or from the Naruto Bridge spanning the Naruto Strait. And the Naruto Park also has a number of sightseeing points to enjoy. One of them is Otsuka Museum of Art. This museum reproduced masterpaintings in Western Art on ceramic boards in the identical sizes of the originals and Its collection consists more than 1000. In addition, Naruto is home to the first and second pilgrimage sites of the Shikoku Eighty-Eight Temple Pilgrimage. In the surrounding areas, there are breweries that produce sake and soy sauce using traditional methods. Would you like to enjoy Naruto with me? I look forward to your visit. Hola. ¡Soy Masami! Espero tu visita.

Juancarlo L.
My name is Juancarlo, and I'd like to be considered as a tour guide in Los Angeles. For the past twenty years, I've worked as a producer of commercials, music videos, and television. That combination of being a lifelong Angeleno and having spent my entire career in the film industry. That is what I'd bring to every tour. Most film-location tours are led by people who admire the industry from the outside. I've worked in it. I've stood on these sets, coordinated shoots at these locations, and watched the city get transformed, frame by frame, into the places audiences love on screen. When I point to a street corner, a studio gate, or a stretch of coastline, I'm not reciting a fact I read; I'm describing what it was like to actually film there. The tour I want to create is a film-locations experience drawn from movies, TV shows, music videos, and commercials the real spots where iconic moments were shot, and the stories behind them. Woven through it, I'll tell the larger story of Hollywood: from the earliest studios that put Los Angeles on the map to the global industry it is today. It's a historical learning experience; visitors leave understanding not just where things were filmed, but why L.A. became the center of it all. While still hitting the popular landmarks along the way. I know the history of Los Angeles and California well, and I love sharing it. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish, so I can welcome visitors from around the world.

Italy
Daniela B.
Hi my name is Daniela and I live in Naples, one of the most lively and original cities of the south Italy. The first thing that I love about Naples is the smell, wherever you are, even in the most hidden streets of the city, you can smell pizza and fish frying in someone’s kitchen. Every tourist should visit Partenope street, named after the famous mermaid found on the gulf of the city, where you can drink a glass of wine while watching the sun fading away behind the Vesuvius. Every tourist should visit the two sides of the city: the monumental part and the historic centre. Famous only for the Neapolitan people, is the ‘via dei presepi’, San Gregorio Armeno, a hidden street in the center of the city, which offers a showcase of all the local crafts concerning the nativity scene.

Pedro G.
I was born and raised in Eric Eira, a coastal village located approximately 45 minutes from Lisbon. I pursued my academic studies in Audiovisual Communication in Lisbon and currently reside in the city. With a strong passion for sports and outdoor activities, I have a deep connection to the ocean. I practice bodyboarding regularly and enjoy spending time in nature, including multi-day trekking experiences. These interests have shaped my appreciation for both Lisbon’s coastal identity and its surrounding landscapes. I have been working as a professional tour guide since 2014. My career began following a transformative overland journey from England to Guinea-Bissau with my partner (now my wife) and close friends. This experience reinforced my vocation for communication, cultural exchange, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. Upon returning to Lisbon, I recognized the emerging potential of tuk-tuk tourism within the city. I saw this as an opportunity to combine my passion for Lisbon with a dynamic and people-oriented profession. Since then, I have been continuously active in the industry, providing personalized and engaging tour experiences.

From the timeless beauty of Lucerne to the breathtaking landscapes of Interlaken, I offer more than just tours — I create moments that stay in your heart.
