Welcome to Stockholm - my hometown!
Join me for a guided walk through narrow alleys and on quaint cobble stones in Old Town or a visit to one of our many museums, the Royal Palace, the City Hall, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Drottningholm Palace or the Vasa Museum.
We talk about the history, the architecture, the art but also todays culture and life.
Let me open up the doors to my country, the culture and the history on our walks. My roots are in the country side, the province of Dalarna, where I am a qualified tourist guide. This is where one of the symbols of Sweden is made, the Dalahorse. Or why not join me to Skansen Park in Stockholm and hear about old and new traditions from Dalarna and other parts. I am a qualified tourist guide in Stockholm as well.

I've been working as a licensed professional tour guide for more than 17 years. Equally happy to work both in English as well as in Norwegian.
I am very passionate about history and art and find it immensely rewarding to work with interesting people from all over the world. The awareness that I contribute to someone's enjoyement and happeness makes me glad.
I like to think of those who follow my guided tours as inquisitive travelers.
My tours are mostly in Split – Dalmatia county, which means Split with surroundings places like Trogir, Makarska, the islands of Brac, and Hvar. I am also licenced for guiding in Dubrovnik and surroundings places.
If you want to get some ideas check my tours at the bottom of the page. Contact me so that I can design a tour or excursion which would suit your interests best.

All my tours are fully customised to the client interests and flexible on the day to take account of any special events taking place or the weather. With their own private guide the clients will have the time to fully experience the town, stopping to take the perfect photo or popping into one of the shops, cafes or pubs we pass.

I've been a driver/guide since 1988 and still love my job! I used to lecture tourism related subjects at two universities and I was the head of the Iceland Tourist Guide School. Today I focus on my private tour business and would love to show you around my native country Iceland. I do day tours from Reykjavik and tours around the entire country with overnight stays when requested for groups big and small. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
