Woohhoooo!! As an ex-Executive Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/Director, I know food, most of all Japanese food, and I want to show you how fun and incredible it is! I promise your time with me will be fruitful, (get the pun?) making some amazing memories along the way. I used to do daytime cultural tours until the pandemic left us out in the cold for three years so I had to switch over and do something else in which now I run a food tent and a food truck, making delicious smash burgers and tacos. Even though I was number one on a renowned travel platform for a while, I have selected to only do evening food and sake tours now. I also run a children's food bag program three days a week that we started about a year and a half ago. So if you would like me to take you around, I will still give you cultural and historical information, feed you amazing food and create some great memories for you to take home.

Being a native from Villefranche-sur-Mer, located between Nice and Monaco and facing the world-famous Cap Ferrat, I grew up in the heart of the French Riviera. I loved going to see the festivities of the Nice Carnaval in February like the Menton lemon festival, the Monaco palace with its guards and its Cousteau Oceanic museum, the luxury cars of Monte-Carlo were something special for me because my father was a professional sports car mechanic who participated in the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix for more than 10 years. We were also lucky in May to enjoy the Cannes Film Festival and meet film actors and actresses or French televisions celebrities walking on the Boulevard de La Croisette. Every time I mention my first job outside of Nice, outside of France, I always have the same answer full of surprises " how did you end up in Idaho...?" Well, back in Feb. 2002, during the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, I had the great opportunity to work for two years at the famous Sun Valley Ski Resort as a restaurant and banquet manager. I enjoyed every opportunity to visit most of the West Side and have fond memories of it because it was so different from my hometown French Riviera and also another exclusive, "rich and famous" place to experience. Like for example if you have a tour at Osaka and you decide to change it to either Hyogo or Kyoto the day before or the day of I will charge it extra 10,000 yen. Because a lot of places that are on the tour or that you would like to go to do ask for a reservation months in advance.
