Because this experience is entirely customized, the specific wine regions and estates will be curated and finalized only after your personal client consultation. Arrive at your first hand-picked estate to begin the day with a tasting introducing the distinct microclimates of the valley, matching your specific level of experience—whether you are exploring wine for the first time or looking into deep technical discussions on soil types.

Arrival at the 2nd winery

We move over to the 2nd boutique estate, chosen for its exceptional culinary options and panoramic views. Instead of a standard over-the-counter pour, you will be seated comfortably overlooking the vineyards as your private sommelier guides you through a curated flight. Each wine is poured alongside a premium selection of artisanal regional cheeses, charcuterie, preserves, and fresh farm-baked breads. This relaxed, interactive light lunch allows you to slow down, ask questions, and enjoy the estate's hospitality at your own pace. Enjoying the beautiful landscape of the Cape Winelands.

Arrival at the 3rd winery

Our final stop brings us to an iconic or boundary-pushing estate to explore expressions of Cape viticulture. In this chapter of the tour Your sommelier will guide you through the aging potential and craftsmanship behind these top-tier bottles, ending your day with the absolute pinnacle of local winemaking. I suggest you buy as much of these wines as they are rare in the retail market and only available at the cellar door.

Ending Point

We conclude your final premium tasting, pack any vineyard purchases safely into the private vehicle, and relax as your dedicated transfer brings you smoothly back to your Cape Town accommodation by late afternoon.

I'm available from Monday to Saturday. It all depends on whether I have booking or not on that particular day. The best thing is to enquire availability on your preferred day. We always will come up with a solution to make your experience memorable. Whether it is a group of 6 or more , we are very flexible. Perfect day, my name is Paul. It is needless to say, but – I love wine! I am a professional sommelier, having worked in the finest restaurants in the bustling tourist city of Cape Town – ensuring visitors from all over the world experience the best that South Africa has to offer.

That’s what led us to start tours. I was constantly asked for and referred to by people for recommendations for wine farms to visit and a personalised tour. One private tour became two, two became four, and now we put smiles on people faces almost every day. We are 2 qualified certified guides in the Western Cape, husband and wife. We've been in this journey doing these tours since 2020. We've now gained experience in Safaris, tours down the Peninsula- Cape point + Boulders beach, cultural tourism+ township tours.
