Hi, I'm Kisshy, an instructor of Japanese cooking class. I've been offering authentic Japanese cooking class for Japan visitors for 3 years. I've been always exiting to meet new people from the world and enjoy cooking and talking as my friends come over to my house. I have culinary experiences in N.Y and in Tokyo, advanced culinary degrees from NYU, being certified sake sommelier and certified fermenter food instructor. My cooking class is not only for practical cooking, but also learning healthy and beautiful Japanese culture.
