Aktuell bin ich auch private Japanischlehrerin (ich habe auch einen Vertrag mit der amerikanischen Marine) und gelegentlich Reiseführerin. Mein Hobbies sind Reisen, Lesen, Kochen, etwas Süßes backen usw. Ich würde Sie sehr gerne Tokyo bzw Yokohama oder Kamakura und Yokosuka zeigen :)

We had such fun with Johnny. He delivered on everything. Such a lovely knowledgable guy. Its like having your best buddy living in Japan!! He took us to some crazy places in Akihabara from the old style analogue tech to gachapon and a maid cafe and everything in between. Our 10yo thought he was SO cool. Thanks Johnny!

On a solo trip to Tokyo, I was fortunate to book a couple of tours with GoWithGuide. I went on tours with Rene, with Kody, and also with both of them together — and every single experience was outstanding. Japan, and Tokyo in particular, can be challenging to navigate as a foreigner, especially if you want to get beyond the standard tourist spots. That’s where these guides truly stand out. From the moment they picked me up at my hotel, everything was taken care of. The organization was flawless, yet the atmosphere was very relaxed, friendly, and informal. I joined a Food & Drink tour, day trips to Kamakura and Kawagoe, and a Mount Fuji trip. Each tour felt personal and well thought out, taking me to hidden spots I never would have found on my own. On top of that, there was a lot of fun and laughter along the way — it never felt like a “guided tour,” more like exploring Tokyo with knowledgeable local friends. If you’re traveling solo or simply want a stress-free, authentic, and enjoyable way to discover Tokyo and its surroundings, I can’t recommend GoWithGuide — and especially Rene and Kody — highly enough.
