Hello travelling foodies, Deniz here! My passion for cooking brought me to Paris almost 20 years ago, where I trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu. After working in top kitchens and pastry labs for many years, I have discovered the food nerd in me alongside a new passion for food research which led me to pursue a master’s degree in food studies.
