Hi! I am Sandra, and I'm  a local guide who has been taking travelers on sightseeing tours of Lima, Peru, since 2001. I love my job!

What makes my job so special, you ask? Well, first of all, I like the history of my country. We are blessed with such a rich heritage and fantastic history; I couldn't ask for a better story to tell! I love guiding because it gives me a very special feeling when I help people learn new things about Peru. Witnessing travelers' combination of amazement, excitement, and happiness is a constant reminder of why my job is so amazing. I also love meeting new people, and hearing about their stories while I share mine. Meeting people from all over the world is another one of the perks that I get out of being a sightseeing guide.
