I'm Hieu!

I've been guiding in Ho Chi Minh City since 2018. I grew up eating on these streets, and I still do, every day.

My tours are small. Never more than six guests. That means we can sit on tiny plastic stools at stalls where big groups can't fit, and you can ask me anything.

What I run:

- Street food walks through local alleys

- Early morning walks with breakfast, Vietnamese coffee and a real market

- A fully vegan food walk, 8 to 10 plant-based dishes

- Evening tours mixing street food and hidden cocktail bars

- City highlights plus the back streets most visitors miss

- Day trips to the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels, and a home cooking class
